Our founder, Martin, began his journey in construction as a carpenter and joiner, independently delivering loft conversions by the age of just 19. From the outset, his dedication to craftsmanship and natural eye for detail set him apart.
This passion quickly led him into the high-end property sector, where he developed extensive experience across all aspects of construction. Working on some of the most demanding and design-led projects, Martin built a reputation for excellence, earning appointments on prestigious schemes—including a highly acclaimed international hotel-to-residential conversion.
As client demand grew, Axe Group was established—built on the same principles Martin had become known for: exceptional quality, integrity, and a genuinely personal approach. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to cover every aspect of residential construction, delivering homes that combine refined design with meticulous execution.
Our move into workplace environments came naturally. We recognised that many businesses were underserved when it came to the level of care, detail, and craftsmanship typically reserved for luxury homes.
